Data Collection & Basis
We collect IP addresses and cookie data from visitors to improve site performance (Consent/Legitimate Interests). For brands and clients, we collect contact details and project goals to assess fit, provide proposals, and fulfill contracts. Creators provide social profiles, niche data, and rates to enable campaign matchmaking (Legitimate Interests/Contract). We also manage payment records for active clients and creators (Legal Obligation). We do not knowingly process data regarding children or special categories unless you proactively provide it in communication.
Sharing and Data Transfers
We share data only when necessary with brands, creators, subcontractors, or service providers like Wix and payment processors. We do not sell data. For transfers outside the UK, specifically the US, we use UK-US adequacy bridges or Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure protection.
