Brand Revitalisation & Sales Growth

SituationJuiceeStation was a small, independent juice bar located in the heart of Walton-on-Thames. Despite being well-positioned within a busy area, the business was experiencing stagnation in sales and struggling to stand out in a competitive market dominated by larger chains and new health-focused cafés. Foot traffic was steady, but conversion and repeat visits were low, signalling a disconnect between the brand and local consumer expectations.
