Priscilla Mills

Hi, nice to meet you

 

I found my passion for marketing when I was 15. I was fascinated by how products and services could connect with people and spark ideas. Before I even finished college, I took my first marketing course and realised I’d found what I loved combining creativity with strategy to make things happen.

​

I first studied architecture because I’ve always been drawn to structure and design, but I soon moved into marketing, business and advertising where creativity meets purpose. Since then, I’ve worked across industries and continents, blending strategy, operations and analytics to help businesses grow in a real, sustainable way.

​

Working with global brands like Sony, Adidas, Regus, Stanley Black & Decker and Nokia opened my eyes to the beauty of complexity  managing transformation at scale, leading teams across cultures and time zones, and learning from people with completely different perspectives. It taught me that great marketing is about understanding people first.

​

Along the way, I’ve led digital transformation projects, introducing new platforms, marketing automation and CRM systems that made operations simpler and more cost-effective saving businesses over £5 million in maintenance and running costs. I’ve also worked on website accessibility, cookie consent, GDPR and data protection all the behind-the-scenes essentials that keep marketing ecosystems strong and compliant.

I’ve built a strong record of success across social media, paid campaigns, e-commerce and website optimisation. My focus is always to help businesses grow smarter  building visibility, engagement and conversion through strategies that are creative, data-driven and commercially grounded.

​

I’ve been honoured with four corporate awards for innovation, leadership and excellence, but what matters most to me is helping businesses evolve. I love listening, spotting what’s missing and helping teams find clarity and confidence to move forward.

​

Outside of work, I love taking road trips around the UK with my daughter, discovering new towns, seaside spots and hidden corners. We also love exploring new places abroad whenever we can.

​

I’ve been into spinning my bike for over 15 years  and during lockdown I found a new creative outlet making my own soaps, lip balms and candles. It’s become a small ritual that reminds me how creativity shows up in every part of life, not just in business.
